Pasukhas bags RM44.4m job for Penang wellness project

KUALA LUMPUR: Pasukhas Group Bhd has secured a RM44.43mil contract for an integrated tourism and wellness building project in Teluk Bahang on Penang island.
The company said on Friday it had accepted the letter of award from Veritas Architects Sdn Bhd on behalf of Senja Aman Development Sdn Bhd for the project.
The contract involved the sub-structure and external work for the building, which would comprise of a nine-storey hotel, two blocks of service apartments and a wellness centre.
Pasukhas said the contract period would be for 12 months, starting on Nov 20 and the completion date was Nov 19, 2015.
