Kerjaya Prospek, formerly Fututech Bhd, in March bagged a RM181.31 million contract for dredging works for the reclamation of the second phase of the Seri Tanjung Pinang development in Penang.
The contract marked the company’s maiden venture into land reclamation, widening its portfolio of residential and commercial construction works, bringing its order book to approximately RM2.1 billion as at March.
Kerjaya Prospek currently trades at 1.6 times its book value. It paid a dividend of three sen per share in 2014.
