就让我把一个残酷事实当作此文章的开头吧。

“金融市场里,赔钱的人永远比赚钱的多,股票也好,期货也好,基金也好,货币也好,都一样。巴菲特说过,在人们恐惧的时候我贪念,人们贪念的时候我恐惧。其实这句话每个投资者都晓得,不过真正做到的却也属于少部分。”

就拿现在的大马房地产情况来当例子好了,从去年的9月份开始,笔者就一直强调房地产行业与建筑业,那时候建筑业的PROJECT还没被关注,更不用说到早 前国行的降息新闻。简单来说,那时候的负面新闻远远比正面新闻来得多,不过笔者发现,这两个行业的价格不跌,反而出现成交量+价钱(看下图),所以笔者预 测庄家在那个时候就趁机收货。

紫色的圈圈是“趁低吸纳”的地方,突破黑色线的价位后是加码买进的好时机(如果你早前还买不够)。

"Test the depth of the water with one foot while the majority are being pessimistic on the sector. Average up while the majority start to look for the reason why the particular sector's share prices are going up."

总结来说,笔者相信,国行降息只是开始,配合我国的大型建筑计划,慢点会有更多的新规则来到了房地产这个行业。所以,回到标题,别质疑!

"Don't doubt! It's going to where it is going to go, which is going to go UP UP and UP!"
