大家好， 经过了几天的假期休息之后， bluefun 终于再一次回归理财笔记，不知到朋友们有没有想我呢 XD？
今天就谈一谈股息 dividend 的重要性。 通常稳定的派息公司会有以下几点的相同之处，才能维持良好又大方的股息制度。
1. 充足的手上现金（> Cash equivalents)
2. 成长中的公司 (Growth in revenue & profit)
3. 少债务的公司 (Debt <)
4. 盈利中的公司 (profit)
5. 奖励股东的政策 (dividend as appreciation)
而大方派发股息又是成长的公司就是 bluefun 的最爱。 还记得第一次应该在 2014年10月里买进了第一支股份， 也就是成为了YTL Corp的小股东，因为被其股息 9.5cents 所诱惑。
Gadang 嘉登也成为了 bluefun 的第二家投资的公司，也是因为看在稳定成长的股息，还有看好未来一系列的发展大宏图。Gadang 嘉登的 ex-date dividend 通常在 11月尾，在 Christmas 之前进户口，只能说是圣诞大礼物呢 XD。 bluefun 特别期待今年的 agm 还有那丰厚 7cents的股息， yeah :D
2014 - 4 cents
2015 - 5 cents
2016 - 7 cents
公司会保留一部分的盈利 net profit as retained earning供公司发展与营运用途。而一部分的盈利会派发给股东 as appreciation。 比如 bpplas有 min 40% of net profit 的 dividend policy。
有人说派发股息，股价也会随着调整，所以股息其实有无皆可，可是 bluefun 却抱有另一种想法。虽然股价会随着股息的派发而调整，不过这也提供了股价再一次上扬的好机会 (potential upside)。
而稳定派息的公司也证明公司的现金流一级棒，就算大风大浪来临时，也有充足的手上现金来维持营运(operation activities)。
少债务也就节省了借贷利息(interest/finance cost saving)。 这不但可以利用节省下来的借贷利息于公司的营运，也可以派发股息奖励长期守候公司股份的股东们 (dividend as appreciation)。
而买进稳定发放股息公司的股东们也会因为股息而使 average holding cost 降低 reduce，也降低了亏本的风险 (risk of loss)。
打个比方， bluefun 于三年前买进了一家 A公司的股份， 1,000unit @ RM1.00。A公司每一年发放 5cents的 dividend。
Cost of holding = 1,000unit x RM1.00 = RM1,000
Dividend(3 years) = 1,000unit x RM0.05 x 3 = RM150
Actual holding cost = RM1,000 - RM150 = RM850
而今天 A公司的股价是 RM1.05，也就是说 bluefun 在三年里纸上盈利是大约 20%。
Value of stock = 1,000unit x RM1.05 = RM1,050
Cost of holding = RM850
Paper gain = RM1,050 - RM850 = RM200
% of return : 20%
一般上稳定派发股息的公司虽然股价会随着股息而调整，不过大多数的股价也会因为随着时间而成长。分分钟 return of investment 是至少50%以上。 这就是长期持有基本面好股的魅力 (the power of long term investment in good Fundamental Analysis Stock)。
原来有这么多的种类(cash dividend，treasury share dividend，dividend reinvestment plan)，以前我还以为 dividend只有一种呢，惭愧 >.< 。
