Mr. Thin Choy Chong served as Managing Director of KYM Holdings Bhd from March 22, 2007 to May 20, 2013. Dato' Chong has more than 17 years of experience in property development, construction and quarrying business. He first joined Genting Quarry as its Quarry Manager taking charge of in-house quarry operation. In 1987, armed with the experience gained, he joined Cabaran Sdn Bhd, a property development company as the Project Manager and subsequently in 1989, he was appointed as an Executive Director. He was responsible for the development of the group properties which has completed more than 3,000 units of residential properties. He serves an Executive Director on the Board of Syarikat Sungei Buan Sdn Bhd. He served as an Executive Director of KYM Holdings Bhd since May 19, 2006 until May 20, 2013. He is one of the founder member of Idaman Ikhlas Sdn Bhd, an established construction firm in Kuala Lumpur with a PKK Class 'A' licence.
