PSIPTEK (7145) - Prinsiptek 7145 What we miss out?
Prinsiptek stock price recently surge from lowest 0.095 to highest 0.205, more than 100% growth, we believe somethings must be ongoing on this stock, but we not sure what is the real reason behind it?
Some said, Prinsiptek own 100 acres land in Klang Valley (we not sure where the source from), and from 2015 Annual Report, we can see, only 406,197 square feet, which is about 9.3 acre in Gombak, Selangor, and some land own by company, in Thailand, Ayuthaya Province. Ayuthaya Province is about 60km away from Bangkok
Lets check others facts, yes, earnings very important, but don't forget about debt, and lets see, what is the company debt situation?
CL, NCL, SB, LB short form for Current Liabilities, Non Current, Short term Bank Borrowing and Long Term Bank Borrowing, and we can see, improving toal CL and NCL since 2013, but SB and LB, still remain the same, although earning slightly improving. and one of the reason, 2013 total borrowing went down, due to rights issue with warrants. Furthermore, if you study past 3 years Prinsiptek account, it show negative cashflow, which is not a healthy sign, if situation remains for next coming years.
One very interesting fact, Prinsiptek Wa show only 12.5% premium, if ordinary shares price surge, and warrant price maintain, it will create abritrage situation which happen several time in Bursa Malaysia, it do attract retailers convert the warrant, and company will get extra capital raise, and it will help company to provide more cash in hand, but will it happen it future? We shall see what will happen next. From technical price chart wise, if price break out 0.21, we shall see, resistance at 0.23 and 0.25 and 0.27.
