With the shifting of Proton factories from Shah Alam & Glenmarie to Tanjung Malim 60,000 Proton Workers will also need to commute from Shah Alam, Glenmarie, Kelang & Damansara to Tanjung Malim daily.
Why is it so?

Their families with school going children will continue staying in Shah, Alam, Glenmarie, Kelang & Damansara while the men folk travels through LATAR Highway to Tanjung Malim daily for work and back  (both ways)
Majority  of these 60,000 people will travel by the LATAR HIGHWAY to Tanjung Malim & back both ways.
And you must know that BPuri owns 50% of the LATAR Highway. This toll road will turn into a Golden Cash Cow soon.
According to BPuri’s latest QTR the revenue and Toll collections are about Rm15 millions (still slightly in the red)
No longer. As increasing traffic on this LATAR Highway will generate lots and lots of profits for many years to come.

Now let’s divide it by 43,560 sq ft to get the value per sq ft
So Rm77,867.50 divides by 43,560 =  RM1.79

Last time on Sept 20th 2013 Calvin called for a buy on Pm Corp at 15 sen. After receiving cash payout of 8 sen all holding Pm Corp now at only 7 sen. At closing price of 19 sen today all are making more than 100%

On December 16 2014 Calvin issued buy call on Jaks at 40 sen. Today Jaks is up more than 200%
Calvin called for a buy on Prestar at 46 sen. Now Prestar already  crossed Rm1.00 & many are still chasing.
Same goes for RceCap, Masteel, Insas & the latest – Wangzheng!
Calvin called for a buy on Wangzheng at 75 sen. Today market is going GaGa over Wangzheng and chasing it up into totally overvaluation.
