1) M3 TECHNOLOGIES(ASIA)BHD KLSE: M3TECH (0017)

I Attended the AGM today at 9 am in Shah Alam. Breakfast was normal, there were no door gift (but it was not my purpose of attending)

Here are some summary from the AGM

a) The AGM started sharp at 9am

b) Question from the floor are as below



i) Explain about Company Business

The MD explain the following :

- Company making losses from 2012 to 2017, bcoz of the down side of sms and gps technology

- Company invested a lot in R&D and they are now ready

- Asia operation are loss making in this period and Other country is expanding

- Plan is to remove ensure Asia region breakeven and see Pakistan profit of RM10 mil appear inside the annual report

- This Q1 result on 29.11.2017 will be red and bad because a lot marketing expenses, we expanded new office in dubai and etc, Q2 onwards will see greeen again after 5 years. The worst case scenario is Asia breakeven, Profit from Pakistan will make the company green (10 mil profit 1 year)

- 4 main product which is I3display, I3teamwork, I3apps, Tbike and etc.

- This new product are getting a lot of business, launch in July 2017. Tecfast, Perodua and a lot bank is the user. Tecfast accepted m3tech i3 display in just 2 hour presentation. Perodua has M3tech display in most of their showroom, and they can control what to display and when.

- Our i3 display which is in anywhere, we can control from our computer. We can see who display what thing in our computer.

- We are growing a lot in Shanghai , china, Hong Kong, dubai and other world.





ii) Pakistan still expanding ?

- Yes growing. One of the subsidiaries are planning to be listed in Pakistan. Expect to grow to 10 mil profit.



iii) Public Bank expectation of 5 mil per year, positive or negative ?

- No comment on this, but more likely possible.



iv) Any competitor ?

At this moment not much competitor, if there is new competitor, they will be much slower than us.. ie: we are version 11 they are version 1.



v) Cuscapi and M3tech

Cuscapi is doing the point of sales, M3tech is providing the platform to do point of sales, totally different business.



vi) Netx, m3tech, xox, MNC collaboration

We are ready to collaborate with any company. Our product can just install in any place in few hours. No need much modification required.

Other Competitor are charging much higher and lousier product.










2) HENGYUAN REFINING CO BHD   HENGYUAN (4324)








Both this share result will be release TODAY 29/11/2017

I recommended a strong buy for both companies. Whether you buy at 12 cent or 13 cent, it doesnt make much differences, because you are selling it at RM1.3 next year.
