As a small shareholder of JAKS, I want to propose my solution for you to increase JAKS share price. I believe you will carefully consider my solution:
1. Reward more employees with ESOS. The most important stakeholder in your company is the employee. Alibaba CEO Jack Ma said employee is happy, the business grow. Shareholders are number 2 most important. Most significant importance stakeholedr is employee. The happier the employee, the more the company grow.
2. Reward your ownself with more shares through private placement and ESOS. A very intelligent and clever investor at Warren Buffet reputation said Private placement is good for the company. As the leader of the ship, you must listen and obey by issuing yourself more private placement to demonstrate your commitment to the company.
3. Buy more properties with you cash proceed from private placement. As a financial sound captain of the ship, you must know that your property division is not doing so well. You must fix it. Imagine you are in a ship and your engine division is bad, your ship cannot sail. The solution is you must fix the engine by 1. buying a new engine, 2. repair the engine, 3. Improve your engine performance.
As a clever captain, you cannot dispose your engine division totally, the ship will not sail if the engine division is sold. The same analogy, you cannot sell your property division,you must fix it to be profitable.
