本季度的收入和税前利润分别为4008万令吉和1,693万令吉,收入同比去年减少49.6%,税前利润同比减少45.1%。

物业发展及物业管理:
本季度与上年同季相比收入较低的主要原因是鉴于整体市场状况,正在进行的项目减少,恒大置地采取谨慎态度。恒大置地于本季度录得2,200万令吉的新物业销售额(2017年同季度:3,618万令吉)。

投资控股:
收入增加主要来自新落成投资物业的额外租金。

与前一季度相比,收入和税前利润分别下降33.5%和19.0%。较低的数字主要是由于正在进行的项目减少和收入确认减少,因为一些项目接近完成和移交。尽管本季度收入较低,为4008万令吉,比上一季度低33.5%,但由于近期已完成项目的预算成本表现较好,税前利润仅下降19.0%。

前景:

The current quarter's revenue and profit before tax of RM40.08 million and RM16.93 million represented a 49.6% decrease in revenue and 45.1% decrease in profit before tax over the same quarter of the preceding year.

Property development & property management:
The lower revenue in the current quarter as compared to the same quarter of the preceding year was mainly due to fewer on-going projects, with the Group adopting a cautious approach given the overall market condition. The Group recorded new property sales of RM22 million in the current quarter (same quarter of preceding year 2017: RM36.18 million).

Investment holdings:
The increase in revenue was mainly derived from additional rental received from newly completed investment properties.

Compared to the immediate preceding quarter, revenue and profit before tax decreased by 33.5% and 19.0% respectively. The lower numbers were mainly due to fewer on-going projects and lower revenue recognition as a few projects were nearing completion and handover. Despite a lower revenue in the current quarter of RM40.08 million which is 33.5% lower than that of the immediate preceding quarter, profit before tax was only lower by 19.0% on the account of the better performance against budgeted cost for recent completed projects.



Prospects:
The outlook for the property industry continues to be challenging.
