A well established brand in malaysia but its share price plummeted to 2008's low!
Our epf seems very confident in this counter and keep accumulating it. However, investors seem not confident in this counter due to its latest agm whereby management are caring more on their own benefit than bringing value to the company and its shareholders.
I) postal services - affected the most, no doubt. Many of us not using traditional mail anymore and expected to remain downtrend in the revenue from this segment!
Ii) courier services - revenue is growing, but remain challenging. More and more players are entering the market and eating their market share. E-commerce platforms (used to be major customer of pos) also pumping in money to form their own courier companies. One of the example, lazada - lazada express (lex)!
Iii) international - lower volume in transhipment pursuant to a loss in one major customer's account.
Iv) logistics - lower revenue due to the drop in project logistics namely rapid in pengerang as it is in the last stage of completion.
V) aviation - higher tonnage of cargo handled. But can it continue to grow due to trade war and economy slowdown?
Vi) others - marginal increase in revenue. One of it is pos online, people are carrying out bill and utility payments via online and other mobile platforms rather than at post offices.
Market cap = 1.35bil, p/e ratio at 50! How low can it goes?!
Traditional business is going to be disrupted.

Epf money = people's money!
From technical point (monthly chart) of view,
I) share price is moving downtrend. [bottom now]
Ii) one strong support at around 1.70, but I dont think this support is strong enough to defend the selling pressure.
Iii) any rebound might not last long
Here is some analysts' recommendation and target price. Average tp is at 3.09.
