KUALA LUMPUR: Icon Offshore Bhd's 654.51 million warrants will be listed on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia on Tuesday.
A Bursa Malaysia statement had on Monday said the warrants comprised of the 588.59 million warrants issued pursuant to the rights issue with warrants, and 65.92 million warrants issued to the financiers and creditors.
The stock short name, stock number and ISIN code of the warrants are "ICON-WA","5255WA" and "MYL5255 WA824".
Icon's corporate exercise had involved a renounceable rights issue of new shares together with free detachable warrants to raise minimum of RM183mil and maximum of up to RM250mil.
This comprise of issuance of new shares and warrants to the financies to settle RM27.52mil in debt and the issuance to the creditors of new shares and warrants to settle RM171.97mil.
