POS (4634) [Part 2] - KWAP & EPF exits, which Choivo didn't inform in his article.

Hi again,

I am also Choivo's biggest fan and I am here today to share with you all what Choivo handsomely hide from his innocent audience. This is a Part 2 write-up to appreciate Choivo and jomnterry's effort.

This is the link to the original article: https://klse.i3investor.com/blogs/PilosopoCapital/2020-10-31-story-h1535565338-_CHOIVO_CAPITAL_POS_4634_The_Next_Proton_Except_you_can_buy_it_directly.jsp

The Online Delivery Boom

He showed the following table to show Pos Malaysia is the unfairly treated laggard in the logistic boom post Covid-19.

“However, unlike GDEX, who has seen its share price increase 33.3% since the start of the year, the share price of POS Malaysia has instead fallen by 48% steadily. I don’t think this is justified”.

Instead of quoting with bombastic English, let me share justification #1 & #2 why Pos Malaysia did not rebound for this part.

Fact #1: company and founder don’t love themselves

Company

Share buyback YTD
(# shares)

Increase in founder’s direct interest YTD
(# shares)

GD Express

7,301,000

50,000

Pos Malaysia

0

0

Tiongnam

7,307,200

3,000,000

CJ Century

1,256,400

1,484,800

Complete Logistics

0

300,400

Tri-mode

0

113,200

Tasco

Freight

0

754,000

If everything is going according to Choivo, why is there no share buyback or increase in founder’s interest?

Fact #2: Choivo didn’t inform you who are the sellers

KWAP disposed 14,326,800 shares YTD, cutting its stake by 1/3. Likewise, EPF dumped 9,168,600 shares YTD, cutting its stake by 1/5.

More importantly, EPF is no longer a significant shareholder. This could be the time EPF quietly dispose its stake further to people who back-run Choivo.

Does Choivo know more about Pos Malaysia than KWAP and EPF?

Note: I’ll explain to him why Tasco went up in my future article since he blindly thinks it is only due to vaccine transportation speculation.

Choivo Capital What to hide?

You cannot go click and see shareholder transactions so clearly in POS ah?

Its all public info.

I think if you cannot even do some simple research into a company, i suggest you put money in FD or keep in tilam better/

Think long term

“The big money is not in the buying and selling, but the waiting” - Charlie Munger

Finally, patience. If you’ve been you’ll know that we’re long-term investors at heart.

As humans we generally have a tendency for activity, we always want to be doing something. In financial markets, that can take the form of buying and selling frequently.

However, if we buy and sell, we unnecessarily interrupt the 8th wonder of the world from working its magic: compound interest.

To illustrate, if you start with $1 and it increases by 1% each day and is compounded daily for a year, it grows to $37. That’s a 37 fold increase.

After 5 years, that initial dollar becomes $77,002,912.

So long term investing is where the big money is made.

COIVO SAID THAT HE SAY "POS IS GOOD", BCOS HE THINK SHORT TERM LOH..!!

MEDIOCRE MANAGEMENT ARE VERY BAD FOR LONG TERM BUSINESS MAH...!!
