NAIM (5073) At 74.5 sen is Giving a 18 Sen Dividend soon. That means Rm180 per share or 24.1% Yield (equals to 13 months int rate of 1.75% in Malaysia

So let's calculate
74.5 sen
now deduct 9.9 sen for 1st dividend
74.5 sen - 9.9 sen = 64.6 sen real cost
At 77 sen all who bought gets 12.4 sen gain still or 19% gain
And now at 77 sen we await another 8.1 sen dividend again
That is another 10.5% dividend
SO ALL WHO BOUGHT AT 74.5 SEN
CAN DO 2 THINGS
1) SELL AT REAP 19% PROFIT
2) OR KEEP FOR ANOTHER 10.5% DIVIDEND
This is THE TRUTH
