SCOPE (0028) SCOPE INDUSTRIES BHD proposes 3-for-10 free warrants
KUALA LUMPUR (Sept 7): Scope Industries Bhd has proposed a bonus issue of free warrants on the basis of three warrants for every 10 shares held.
The proposal entails the issuance of up to 346.1 million warrants, the company’s stock exchange filing showed.
The tentative exercise price is 30 sen per warrant, compared with the counter’s last closing price of 34 sen. The company had proposed a three-year tenure for the warrants.
Scope Industries is involved in the manufacturing and printed circuit boards and related products. It also operates an oil palm plantation business.
The company currently has 1.15 billion issued shares, as well as 44.23 million employees’ shares scheme shares with the earliest vesting date being July 26, 2022.
