SCGM 7247 SCGM BHD | Q3 业绩开箱
自从 SCGM Berhad(SCGM、7247)将其核心业务出售之后,笔者也鲜少有再留意这家公司;不过今天有读者们来询问我们* 关于 SCGM 的业绩,那么我们今天也在这里做一个简单的开箱好了。
顺带一提,SCGM 在出售核心业务之后股票也一直有 “量”,这一点非常的有趣。
很显然,由于公司已经出售了他们的业务,因此公司在该季中是没有任何的营业额的。
不过,我们可以看到公司在该季中有约 RM 13.0 Million 左右的税后盈利(“PAT”),主要是来自于其他收入(“Other Income”)。
据了解,该笔收入主要来自于公司将其子公司,Lee Soon Seng Plastic Industries Sdn. Bhd.(“LSSPI”)出售给 Mitsui & Co., Ltd.(“Mitsui”)和 FP Corporation(“FPCO”)后的额外收入;据了解,这是在公司售股协议(“SSA”)之上的额外交易价格的调整。
当然在对比上个季度(2023 财政年 Q2)之下,公司在上季中约有 RM 311.4 Million 的一次性盈利,因此才会有按季盈利上的差距。
以现金来说,目前SCGM 则是手持 RM 108.5 Million,暂时来说公司是属于 PN16(净现金公司),他们仍有 5 个约左右的事件提交购置资产的献议至交易所。
当然市场中也有许多的传闻说 SCGM 的 “壳” 可能会被收购,但是至今为止,还是没有任何被落实的项目。
那么对于投资者来说,要如何看待像是 SCGM 这类型的 PN16 公司呢?
如果以纯交易的角度来看,当然有量和突然拉升的情况之下,可能就有谣言在市场上传播,一般上等到宣布后股价就会出现套利而下滑。
不过以 SCGM 手握巨额现金的状况来看,应该有不少金主虎视眈眈…
