PULLBACK(Refer to chart below)
-Drop normally less than 20-30%, 40% for an extreme case (mega spike like Dnex, Dataprp)
-Low in volume (lower than uptrend volume)
-Price will bounce back to previous levels after having pullback within a few days
Look at MSM chart, it is a very healthy chart of pullback. Normally during a pullback, the downside is limited and selling volume is small. MSM is consider a very healthy example, the pullback was only 20% while the selling volume was small.
An unhealthy chart like Dataprp, it spiked up strongly and had a pullback of 40% on a few occasions. The same for ITRONIC, it had a 40% pullback after a huge spike.
For both Dataprp and Itronic, despite the 40% pullback, the volume was smaller and within few days the price went back up or higher.
END OF TREND(Refer to chart below)
Look at PNEPCB chart---a very good example of end of trend
Characteristic of an end of a trend:
-Broke below base or long-term support
-Dropped more than 40% from the start of goreng
-Dropped with huge volume (look at PNEPCB volume during the downtrend.)
-Price never went back up to previous levels
