四大会计所出大招 加薪留新加坡人才
(新加坡20日讯)新加坡劳动力的严重短缺引发了激烈的人才争夺战,四大会计师事务所纷纷为员工加薪。
根据彭博新闻社看到的两家公司的内部文件,普华永道和德勤从7月1日起上调了基本工资。
安永在回复彭博询问时表示,除了去年派发了特别奖金和10月份的年度薪资评估外,公司4月份对一些部门进行了周期外的薪酬调整。
毕马威5月份表示,将把入门级员工的薪资最多调高20%,并提供“有市场竞争力的奖金”。
新加坡最大会计师事务所的涨薪行动,反映了这个从银行到科技公司都在扩张的金融中心对技术人才的广泛竞争。
疫情期间外籍人士的离职,加上海外员工引进规定的收紧,也导致了数十年来最严重的劳动力短缺。
薪资增长
根据内部文件,在德勤,涨薪主要集中在初级职位,经理的基本月薪提高了500新元(约1600令吉),达到至3500新元(约1.12万令吉)。
分析师的月薪提高600新元(约1920令吉),至3800新元(约1.216万令吉),管理职位的薪酬则只提高了100-200新元(约320-640令吉)。
德勤新加坡人才主管王锡平(译音)在回复彭博新闻社询问的声明中表示,这家会计师事务所最近检讨了薪资,并根据当前市场情况进行了调整,“以保持竞争力”。
根据普华永道发送给员工的内部电子邮件,该公司基本薪资的涨幅高于往年。该公司驻新加坡的人力资本主管蔡琴山(译音)表示,公司正在努力保持薪酬和福利的竞争力,但未提供加薪的细节。
安永可能会进行周期外的加薪。该公司东盟地区管理合伙人刘南顺(译音)表示,“在必要时”,公司会在年度评估周期之外调整薪资和福利。
加薪发生在企业面临留住员工难题之际。根据提交给政府的数据,在截至2021年9月30日的12个月中,新加坡四大会计师事务所的平均员工流失率从上年的24%升至38%。
新加坡除了四大以外的会计师事务所员工流失率甚至更高,中值水平达到62%。
“拥有技能和知识的员工对整个市场都有很强的吸引力,意味着员工流失是不可避免的,”毕马威驻新加坡人事主管傅珍妮(译音)说。
她表示,该公司将采取必要措施,包括在薪酬方面,但未提供更多细节。
