From my observation I would recommend the time to start buying VS is NOW.
The chart clearly shows that it has performed the customary double bottom, which is often the pre-cursor to a reversal on the upside.
In addition, we now have a potential bullish engulfing candle, which if broken to the upside, would augur well for the stock price.
The movement up may not be smooth as there is a large cloud hanging over the existing price candles.
The RSi is looking good as the mid line has been crossed.
It is definitely a good time to load up once again.
