据CBM的CEO KC Wong说该项新服务耗时两年之久，投入超过RM10M资金。CBM-PropertyAdvisor主旨在协助金融机构和其他信贷投放人(other credit grantors)进行信用审查(credit reviews)。CBM-PropertyAdvisor有两项服务为A) Property Asset Listing:列出公司，企业或个人所注册的所有房地产，B)ProxyPrice: 根据过去成交价来估计一个房产价值。
CEO KC Wong说目前银行业者都对此项新服务感到兴趣，预计2018年中所有大型银行都会开始使用该服务。
Technodex RM0.14/share, 市值RM58M, p/e 127, ROE 1.22%。
从明年起，新的International Financial Reporting Standard (IFRS) 9将开始生效。所以，金融机构将需要更多资料去评估借贷者的信用等级。预计借贷者的贷款将变得更加昂贵，但具体还取决于信贷等级。http://www.theedgemarkets.com/article/ifrs-9-may-make-loans-more-expensive-borrowers
