浅谈ARB （Aturmaju Resources Berhad - 7181）
Ok，这只股不用多说，相信很多炒家跟broker 都介绍过吧？一些比较有耐心的朋友相信都从这家公司的母股（ARBB）又或者是他的“PA" 股（ICPS*) 赚过不少钱。那么为什么这个公司那么Hot 呢？
*ICPS 全名又Irredeemable Convertible Preference Share。如果你看不明，不要紧，你就当他是warrant 一样，但是是15/1/2024 过期 。而conversion ratio 就是RM 0.20。我大概算给大家看：
ARBB 价钱：RM 0.455
ARBB-PA 价钱：RM 0.195
如果conversion 是RM 0.20 ，就是说RM 0.20 + RM 0.195 = RM 0.395
这样岂不是免费的RM 0.06 ? 如果是这样的话，不是立刻赚了15%？？（RM 0.06 / RM 0.195）我个人相信是：如果某些东西看起来好到不像是真的，那很可能他就不是真的。在这个case 可以不可以这样说呢？我不知道。
第一，conversion 我没记错的话好像是要7-10 天左右。在这7-10 天里面如果股价跌了呢？你就要慢慢等一下了。而且这个PA 是没有股息的，2024 年过期的话你是什么都拿不到的。
第二，每一次ARBB-PA covert 的时候都会dilute （稀释）每股的权益，也就是说EPS/NTAPS 会减少。但是你的P/E 会增加，基本上对ARBB 股东来说不是一件好事。但是，理论上来说是没有影响ARBB-PA 的哦！
看起来是不是很好？但是，公司近期YoY quarter 增加了882.13%，原因是什么？下一个quarter 可以不可以维持？然后我发现了公司一点”危险“ 的味道，就是不知道大家有没有兴趣知道。
