伦敦饼干（7126）被Hup Seng 老大打包来吃吗？
这两天在Facebook 看到非常多的”London Biscuit Is Falling Down” cheeky 今天就跟大家来讨论一下这两家公司吧！
我大概看了一下 ，Hup Seng老大的现金大约有RM 83 Million，而目前LONBISC market cap 不过才RM 47 Million 而已，要吃上来不是问题的。
但是问题来了，Hup Seng 净利是RM 10 ~ RM 15 Million，而伦敦饼干则是RM 2 ~ RM 5 Million，但是market cap 差了十倍不止 sad
近期也有看到伦敦饼干有accounting 的问题，中auditor的qualified opinion，出了inventories出了问题之外，也发现了公司有跟某个客户交易，但是缺乏legal nexus
我个人不排除有意思的饼干公司在查明他们的背景后吃下来但是相信会让他多跌一阵子，不然怎么买便宜货？
