今天的AGM 相信大家除了拿到了RM40 Petronas 卡之外，还得到了管理层带给大家的
好消息 - 公司在未来12个月有希望profit ❗️
但是... 会这么顺利吗？
大概看了一下上个季度的报告，发现他们revenue 增加了100% 以上但是profit/loss 却
没什么改善 , Utilization rate 还是这家公司的大问题之一（虽然管理层说70% 可以赚
钱，公司也有RM 17 Billion 左右的合约，但是cost 好像在不断增加？）
另外，在季报里面还可以看到：

公司平均一个季度Finance costs RM 200 Million；

现金流从RM 8 Billion （FY 2019 Q4）到现在只剩下RM 860 Million；
-
债务减少了RM 7 Billion 左右；
-
Off-Balance sheet CAPEX 大约有RM 432 Million
-
上次Right Issue + Warrants + RCPS-i 的钱几乎用惯了（RM 4 Billion 用剩下不到RM 100 Million，大部分还债了）；
-
Term Loans（我们供车一样的loan）大幅减少了，相信未来finance cost 也会被拉低，公司现金流也比较松动；
-
E&C（Engineering & Construction）虽然营业额成长了100% 以上，但是Operating profit 才增加31.80% 左右，成本控制有待改善；
-
Drilling 还是亏损状态，但是AGM 提到会增加到13 架左右，但是可以profit 吗？；
-
管理层表示如果油价维持在USD 60 - USD 65，对于他们是非常好的（我的大红花）。
总结：这次总算是给散户一点希望啦，因为这家公司不好听真的是给了很多人住套房 ，
但是profit margin 实在是低，虽然管理层说因为竞争大所以tender 要以更低的margin
去tender，但是对于股东来说，不一定是好事❗️

便宜tender 你也死，utilization rate 低你也死（还没讲impairment），管理层接下来
会打什么牌呢？我拭目以待。
