ROE，ROA？
ROE 全名又是Return on Equity，简单的说就是净资产回报率。那么为什么净资产又有
回报率呢，怎么算的呢？
ROE 算法就是：净利（Net Profit）/ 净资产（Equity / Net Asset）
比如说公司A 有RM 10 Million 的净资产，一年赚RM 3 Million 的话，那么ROE 就是
RM 3 Million / RM 10 Million = 30%
在市场上，有很多人会说ROE >15%, 20% 才是好公司，但是我个人认为是需要看行业
的。
比如说资产比较少的公司ROE 会比较高，资产比较多的公司ROE 会比较低，但真的是
ROE 低就不好吗？
有些行业，比如说O&G 是属于重资产型的，ROE 可能相对比较低，那么是不是O&G 公
司就比别的行业差呢？不是的。
所以，ROE 是需要比较不同行业的资产上回报率，才有用的哦！
DY？多疑？多余？
有看昨天第一篇的朋友们应该会猜到这个DY 代表着什么
答案是dividend yield（股息回报率），你猜对了吗？
DY 相对的非常简单， 就是dividend 处于股价，就拿到回报率啦！

还是要example？好吧
公司X 的今年赚了RM 500,000，打算吧50% 的盈利分给股东，而这家公司有
5,000,000 股，那么DPS 是多少呢？
（RM 500,000 * 50%）/ 5,000,000 股 = RM 0.05 Per share
假设股价是RM 1 的话，那么DY 又是多少呢？
RM 0.05 / RM 1.00 = 5%
算完啦！

整天听人家讲市值市值，nah，就是这个啦！
市值（Market Cap）的定义非常简单的，就是股价 x 多少股。
比如说，股价是RM 5，但是公司总共有100,000 股，那么市值又是多少呢？
RM 5 * 100,000 = RM 500,000
就是这么简单啦 ！
