Now is the time to buy Uzma at 62 sen. The upside is almost 100% at Rm1.20
And these are the prevailing reasons for buying Uzma
At 62 sen with NTA of Rm1.54 Uzma is selling at a 60% discount to NTA.
2. Taking Ben Graham 30% Discount to NTA of Rm1.54 for margin of safety Uzma should be valued at Rm1.08. But we target it at Rm1.20 because Uzma has won many Job contracts which will translate it to exceptional earnings
3. Due to 3 IB (Investment Banks) downgrade & Kwap selling Uzma is now at bargain basement levels. Hence of all OGSEs Uzma offers the best bargains.
