Suntec REIT SGX: T82U Suntec Real Estate Investment Trust

The first REIT listed in SGX. Suntec Building is the main contributor. It has 9 buildings now. 5 in Singapore and 4 in Australia.

This REIT was my first investment in SGX in year 2009 after Lehman Brother crisis.

I have sold this counter less than a year later and made around 40% gain.
