KUALA LUMPUR (May 8): UOA Development Bhd will unveil its latest project on May 12 called Komune Living & Wellness in Cheras. It is located next to Taman Tasik Permaisuri and overlooks the lake. While it is designed for senior living, it also has facilities for all ages to enjoy.

Valued at RM298 million, Komune Living & Wellness sits on a two-acre parcel with a total built-up of 423,000 sq ft. It has co-living units that anyone can stay in for a short holiday or for a longer period of time. The senior living units allow for independent living or assisted living.

To ensure a more fulfilled stay for all customers, wellness features have been included in the project such as traditional Chinese medicine, or TCM, business on site, as well as a medical provider to provide general medical practice, a dental practice, ambulatory daycare screening services, a medical aesthetics clinic and an anti-ageing clinic.

Moreover, guests are able to utilise facilities that will cater to the physical, mental and social well-being of individuals such as a communal kitchen, spacious seating areas, ample exercise equipment and social spaces for activities such as pool, mah-jong or karaoke.
