RHONEMA 5278 RHONE MA HOLDINGS BERHAD | 新晋 “牛奶” 股
以动物饲料(“Animal Feed”)业务为主的 Rhone Ma Holdings Berhad(RHONEMA、5278)在今天宣布了一项多方合作协议,其内容就有提及该公司在未来将会进军到乳制品(“Dairy Products”)的业务中,那么我们就不再闲扯,直接进入正题好了。
首先,RHONEMA 旗下间接控股 49.0% 股份的 A2 Fresh Holdings Sdn. Bhd.(“A2”)、Kulim (Malaysia) Berhad(“KULIM”)、Jemaluang Dairy Valley Sdn. Bhd.(“JDV”)将被联合统称为 “Anchor Group”,与 East Coast Economic Region Development Council(“ECERDC”)已经正式签署了合作协议。
在这项协议中,Anchor Group 即将向 State Government of Johore(“State Government”)和 State Secretary Johore(“SSI”)租赁一片大约为 275.336 公顷(“Hectare”),以运行 Jemaluang Dairy Valley(“Project”)。
其实,早在 2021 年 9 月份,ECERDC 似乎是意识到 “自给自足” 的重要性,而在当时就已经开始推动 Project – 而该 Project 隶属与 ECERDC 旗下的 agrofood@ECER;那简单来说,当时该 Project 中就已经提及将会涉及到牛的上、中、下游的业务,包括养殖、畜牧管理、牛奶加工、并且也牵涉到动物饲料等业务,而在该 Project 中,Anchor Group 所担任的角色也是相同,并且这次还包括开发新的饲料区域。
当提及动物饲料呢,当然这里就有关系到 RHONEMA 这家公司了,因此这次的 Project 也并不是无端而起。
而在该协议中,Anchor Group 也必须要将其营业额的 2.0% 支付给 State Government,并且这是由财务报告出炉后的第一个财政年开始,同时公司也必须要支付该土地的租赁费用,预计为 RM 21.3 Million,合约期为 30 年。
平均来说,Anchor Group 每年至少要支付 RM 0.7 Million 左右的租金,不过按照该协议,在前 2 年内(因为还没运作)Anchor Group 是暂时不需要支付租金的,而是会叠加到 3、4、5 年内,因此这 3 年的租金为 RM 1.2 Million 左右,其余的年份则是 RM 0.7 Million 左右。
不过,笔者个人(作为行外人)简单的看该文告呢,其实 Anchor Group 最终的话语权也是不太大,这一点是否看懂就见仁见智了。
但整体来说,该新闻对于比较冷门(少人交易)的 RHONEMA 来说当然也是属于好事,貌似该协议内对 RHONEMA 提及的资本开销(“CAPEX”)也不大,反而是如果可以确认运作的话,这将会给公司带来不小的收入。
