KTB 4847 pn17 KONSORTIUM TRANSNASIONAL BERHAD 正在摆脱困境?
Konsortium Transnasional Bhd (KTB) 是马来西亚最大的公共巴士运营商之一,一直处于上升趋势,点燃了它很快就会脱离 PN17 的希望。

KTB 于 2020 年 4 月触发了 PN17 标准,此前其审计师在其截至 2018 年 12 月 31 日(FY18)的经审计财务报表中强调了该集团持续经营能力的重大不确定性。
该集团自 2018 财年以来一直亏损,22 财年上半年净亏损 1181 万令吉,营收为 3677 万令吉。
在 22 财年,其净亏损从上一年的 540 万令吉扩大至 1130 万令吉,尽管其收入为 9600 万令吉,高于 2720 万令吉。
该公司终于摆脱困境了吗?
虽然脱离 PN17 无疑是一个积极的发展,但它能否成为一家成功的建筑公司还有待观察。
事实上,由于材料成本上升,建筑业的利润率微薄,看起来并不乐观。
根据正规化计划,KTB 已提议以 1 令吉的象征性金额,将其快车业务出售给 Nadicorp Holdings Sdn Bhd,这是一家在运输、制造、农业企业和房地产领域拥有权益的公司。
KTB 的正规化计划还包括以每股 16 仙的发行价向独立第三方私募配售 1.25 亿股新股,占其现有股份的 26.61%。
第三方是 SWC Capital Sdn Bhd、AJK Hartanah Sdn Bhd、Supreme Home Appliances Sdn Bhd 和其他几个人。
KTB表示,它有7个建设项目,总额为4亿8540万令吉。
最近,它获得了一份价值 1 亿 5310 万令吉的合同,为彭亨州的 Perumahan Rakyat 1Malaysia (PR1MA) 住房项目的建设提供劳动力和材料。
该项目包括340个单位的单层半独立屋和八个单层洋房。
该开发项目还涉及 652 个单位的单层排屋和 19 个单位的双层商店办公室。
