Bursa Securities freezes upper price limit for HLT

 HLT share price surged 37 sen to RM1.67 in active trade while its warrants jumped 31 sen to RM1.37.

KUALA LUMPUR: Bursa Malaysia Securities has frozen the upper limit price of glove maker-related HLT Bhd’s shares and warrants at RM1.63 and RM1.37.

The regulator said on Monday the freeze was imposed on Tuesday and Wednesday as the counters had traded at the static limit up prices for two consecutive trading days.

HLT share price surged 37 sen to RM1.67 in active trade while its warrants jumped 31 sen to RM1.37.

Its share price surged to a high of RM3.30 on Aug 7 in line with the run-up in glove makers due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
