The Basics of Candlestick (蜡烛的基本看法)
The writer believes that investors nowadays know how to read a graph as it will determine the entry point, selling point or even cut-loss point. However, the writer will be sharing the basic of basics today, which is the candlestick itself.
Some investors may wonder, why is the candlestick red despite the increase in share price, and some may wonder what does the line above and below the candlestick itself mean?
Using the diagram below, green candlestick means that its closing price is higher than its opening price, whereas red candlestick means that it closed lower than its opening. The line above and below the candlestick means the highest and lowest price in a day, respectively.
In short, candlestickis able to tell you what will possibly be the stock’s next trend, up or down? This topic shall be covered in the subsequent article/post.
笔者相信现在的投资者都会看图来决定他们的买入点，卖出点，还有止损点。但是，笔者今天只是分享蜡烛图的基本，既是蜡烛本身。
一些投资者会问，为什么股价上涨的时候蜡烛却呈现红色？那么那些蜡烛本身以上和以下的线条又是什么？
我们拿以下的图来讲解，青蜡烛代表这个股的收市价高于它的开市价，而红蜡烛就代表它的开市价高过收市价。他们蜡烛以上的线就是当天它曾经去过的最高点，俗称“上影线”，而下面则是当天的最低点，通称“下影线”。
总结，蜡烛图是能够大致上的告诉你这个股的下个趋势，既是上或下。但这个内容，笔者将留在下一个文章讲解。
