Trading in Inix shares to be suspended effective Nov 15

KUALA LUMPUR (Nov 12): Trading in the shares of Inix Technologies Holdings Bhd will be suspended with effect from 9.00am on Monday, Nov 15, 2021, until further notice.

The suspension is because the company is unable to submit the outstanding Annual Report 2021 on or before Friday, Nov 12, 2021.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Inix said in view that its audited financial statements for the financial period ended June 30, 2021 has yet to be signed by the auditors, the Annual Report 2021 is deemed to be still outstanding.

“Pursuant to Rule 9.28 (6) of the Listing Requirements, if a listed issuer fails to issue the outstanding financial statements within six months from the expiry of the Relevant Timeframes, in addition to any enforcement action that Bursa Malaysia Securities may take, delisting procedures shall be commenced against such listed issuer,” it added.
