Global Seed Sdn Bhd is now a wholly-owned unit of GE-SHEN Corp Bhd
following the latter's acquisition of the former's 10 ordinary shares
of RM1 each from two individuals.
In a filing to Bursa Malaysia today, GE-SHEN said it acquired the shares from Teoh Lean Joo and Kang Thiam Hong.
"The acquisition's cash consideration of RM10 was arrived on a willing buyer-willing seller basis on July 16, 2012," it said.
Global Seed's principal business includes manufacturing and trading of products processed from agriculture wastes. -- Bernama
