Dear Friends in i3 Forum,
Today both Ekovest & IWcity were sold down. Already down due to default of non payment for Bandar Malaysia Award
As things stand now things are turning more positive for MRCB to win Bandar Malaysia Project Award
And these are the Reasons:
1) THERE IS NO BETTER COMPANY WITH SUCH VAST EXPERIENCE LIKE MRCD IN TOD (TRANSPORT ORIENTED DEVELOPMENT) PROJECTS

MRCB ALREADY HAS
PENANG SENTRAL
PJ SENTRAL
KWANSA SENTRAL
KL SENTRAL
CYBERJAYA CITY TOD
SO AS A NATURAL PROGRESS MRCB SHOULD BE THE ONE CHOSEN FOR BANDAR MAAYSIA - THE MOTHER OF ALL TOD AS THIS IS WHERE HIGH SPEED RAILWAY IS SITED WITH AN UNDERGROUND CITY.

2) WIITH RM2 BILLIONS  FLUSH WITH CASH FROM RECENT RI & FURTHER  IMPENDING CASH COMPENSATION FROM BN GOVT DUE TO CANCELATION OF ED TOLL - MRCB WILL BE ABLE TO UNDERTAKE BANDAR MALAYSIA PROJECT WITH MORE CASH INJECTION FROM EPF

3) MRCB IS A BN GOVT LINKED STOCK. SINCE GOVT HAS ALREADY BOOSTED DRB BY GIVING CASH INJECTION FOR PROTON. GETTING JACKMA TO GO JV WITH POS/DRB. AND FINALLY - ROPING IN GEELY TO HELP PROTON. THUS PROPELING DRB FROM 92 SEN TO A HIGH OF RM1.86
IT IS NOW MRCB'S TURN
THESE ARE THE SIGNS
a) SCRAPPING EDL TOLL TO COMPENSATE MRCB
b) MRCB HAS DONE NATIONAL SERVICE FOR GOVT BY BUYING BKT JALIL SPORTS CITY THROUGH RI & SUFFERED.
NOW GOVT HAS ALOTTED RM1 BILLIONS FOR SPORTS PROJECTS. AND MORE WIL COME
c) IF MORE CASH IS NEEDED EPF MIGHT SEL PLUS HIGHWAY TO MAJU HOLDING FOR RM36 BILLIONS CASH
THIS WILL DO TWO THINGS... 1) ENABLE MRCB TO BID FOR BANDAR MALAYSIA & 2) SALE OF BANDAR MALAYSIA WITH ITS CASH PROCEEDS WILL SETTLE 1MDB DEBTS

4) SO LET'S SUM IT UP. MRCB HAS CASH INFUSION FROM RI & EDL TOLL COMPENSATION. MRCB IS AN EXPERT IN TOD.  GOVT NEED MONEY FROM SALE OF BANDAR MALAYSIA TO SETTE 1MDB DEBT.
AND ABOVE ALL WE ARE NOW IN GE14 ELECTION YEAR. AND MRCB IS THE ONE!! THE CHOSEN ONE.

REGARDS
CALVIN TAN
