PUNTER IB's one and only Analyst, have read through the Quarterly Report, it has been noted that
Revenue has been Increasing - GOOD SIGN
COGS have been increasing too quickly - BAD SIGN
As COGS increased more than Revenue - Earnings DROP (NOT GOOD)
However, there's a silver lining behind every cloud, management provided explanation that the increased COGS was mainly attributed to sharp rise of MYR (oil rally played a part here), and as such could not pass on the foreign exchange losses to customers.
So PUNTER IB will be 99% CONFIRM HERE, DON'T WORRY BUY ON WEAKNESS.
Overall, management have delivered another set of strong results, but currency fluctuations like oil price are part of business cycle.
