Sunzen is now strategically expanding the business through leveraging on the boom of the digital marketing platforms, social media channels and smartphone applications. Their During-COVID digital strategies have borne fruits. Recently, their products have successfully penetrated the younger group and even the Malay market, which is a rare feat.
By leveraging on Sunzen’s own research and development capabilities, Sunzen has transformed TCM to adapt to modern use while expanding the markets of these products to a larger scale such as pharmacies and supermarkets as well as on e-commerce platforms. Driven by heightened health awareness, Sunzen’s products should have bright prospects ahead.
