KUALA LUMPUR: Jadi Imaging Holdings Bhd, via wholly owned Jadi Life Solutions Sdn Bhd (JLS), has signed an international commercial agency agreement with Ningbo Deli Import & Export Co Ltd(Deli) for the exclusivity of its Nusign range of premium stationeries.
Jadi Imaging said it has exclusive rights to distribute all products under the Nusign trademark brand name in Malaysia.
Headquartered in Ningbo, China, Ningbo Deli is the largest stationery manufacturer in Asia with more than 2,000 products sold in more than 100 countries, six continents through seven facilities.
The partnership with Deli marks Jadi Imaging's foray into the premium stationery segment, offering an excellent opportunity to strengthen the company's position in the marketing and distribution of high-quality curated products in the office, school and IT supplies industry via e-commerce and brick-and-mortar sales channels.
It said the Nusign premium stationeries are targeted at the bold, energetic, and enthusiastic consumers with the aim of creating a more dynamic and productive environment which support them in achieving their goals.
The premium stationeries consist of minimalist-designed pastel-coloured organisation tools, writing instruments, adhesive products, files and folders, and more.
"With the support from a strong and established partner like Deli, the board of Jadi Imaging is optimistic and looks forward to a successful collaboration and outcome from this long-term partnership," it said.
